Areas We Serve
Beyond Bellevue, we cover five surrounding Eastside cities, each with its own real housing stock, water utility, and local considerations that shape how we approach a call there. Redmond splits between its older downtown core and newer Redmond Ridge development. Kirkland is the oldest of the five with real waterfront and Bridle Trails housing stock. Issaquah splits between historic Olde Town and the newer Issaquah Highlands. Sammamish's housing is almost entirely built since the 1990s. And Newcastle is served by Coal Creek Utility District rather than Cascade Water Alliance, the water supplier used across the rest of this list.
How These Areas Differ
It's worth knowing that these five cities aren't interchangeable from a plumbing standpoint. Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Issaquah all draw water through Cascade Water Alliance; Newcastle is the one exception, served by Coal Creek Utility District instead. Older neighborhoods across Bellevue, Kirkland, and parts of Issaquah and Redmond still commonly run original galvanized supply lines, while Sammamish and Newcastle, both younger as incorporated cities, have housing stock that's almost entirely newer construction with a different, more PEX-and-tankless-driven set of common issues.
Whichever city you're in, the same licensing standard applies. Every plumber on our team holds a current Washington State L&I certification, and every job is completed to Uniform Plumbing Code standards regardless of which specific city's permit process applies to the work.
A Quick Guide To Which Service Page To Check First
If you're not sure which service page covers your situation, a few starting points: a fixture that's leaking or won't stop running usually falls under faucet and sink repair or toilet repair and installation. A drain that's slow or backed up starts with drain cleaning and unclogging, moving to hydro jetting or sewer line repair if it's recurring. No hot water or a leaking tank points to water heater repair, while a scheduled upgrade is water heater installation and replacement, or tankless water heater service if you're considering a conversion.
Anything involving standing water, a flooded room, or visible damage from a leak falls under water damage restoration, with water mitigation covering the faster initial response in the first few hours after a bad flood. A burst or cracked pipe is its own emergency category, and a mysterious water bill increase or unexplained damp spot usually means leak detection is worth a call before anything else.
Commercial & Specialized Services
For commercial properties, commercial plumbing covers general office and retail needs, while grease trap cleaning and backflow testing and prevention address two of the more common compliance-driven requirements for restaurants and properties with irrigation or fire suppression systems. Properties on a private septic system rather than city sewer should start with septic tank pumping instead of drain cleaning, since a full tank produces similar symptoms for a different reason.
If none of this matches what you're dealing with, general plumbing repair is the right starting point for anything that doesn't fit neatly into one category. A running toilet, a pipe leak in an unusual spot, or a fixture failure that's hard to describe over the phone all fall here. We diagnose in person before quoting a fix either way.
